Our 48-hour Cancellation Policy

Our little friendly reminder

At Ishan Malaysian Spa, we understand that not all your spa plans can happen, especially during your limited vacation hours on our island. However, as a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we adopt a 48-hour cancellation policy on any reservations.

What this means to you

1. For any cancellations 48-hours before your scheduled treatment, we will refund any deposit you have made.
2. Cancellations after the 48-hour deadline is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

We would be happy to reschedule your session to another convenient time and day. To avoid any charges, please honor our 48-hour cancellation policy.
