1. The bearer of this voucher is entitled for one time treatment at Ishan Malaysian Spa located at the below address.
2. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The holder of this voucher must book two day's in advance to fix the appointment for treatment any change or cancellation to the original appointment, please notify us six hours prior to the treatment.
4. Confirmation of appointment and transfer will be subject to availability of existing facilities.
5. This voucher is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
6. This voucher must be surrendered to the reception for the entitlement of treatment.
