Ishan Malaysian Spa uses black rice as a base in body scrubs due to its exfoliating properties. It leaves your body clean and smooth. Usually comes in black or dark red color, black rice when cooked is thick and sticky.
With analgesic qualities, cloves (Eugenia caryophyllus) are traditionally used for toothaches. Known for its antiseptic property, Ishan Malaysian Spa incorporates the oil in our aromatherapy blend to increase overall blood circulation. Combine cloves in your tea when you feel tired or stressed.
Ishan Malaysian Spa uses coconut oil to massage the scalp, leaving the hair soft and shiny. Coconut milk is traditionally used as a shampoo for its cleansing properties. We integrate use of coconut milk in our hair treatments, while freshly grated coconut is used to exfoliate dead skin cells.
