As a reminder, we encourage all guests to:

1. Make early reservations to ensure availability of our spa facilities and treatments you desire.
2. Keep any jewelry or valuable belongings in your hotel room safe.
3. Please advise us of any medical conditions or allergies - including pregnancy, post-surgery and hypertension.
4. Please advise us if you are on a tight schedule, and need to leave by a strict time.
5. Turn off (or place in Silent Mode) any cellular or mobile phones in the Ishan Malaysian Spa compound.
6. Refrain from smoking in our facilities.
