Prior to Treatment

Guests who come through our doors have little to tell except how good they feel. You'll begin your journey by entering the Reception area for registration, with greetings and smiles by friendly faces. You'll then walk out to the designated Spa Suite through stone-covered walkways aligned with fresh flowers. Should you opt for a massage with a friend or family member, Ishan Malaysian Spa has suites that can accommodate up to three individuals.

Facilities at The Spa

Ishan Malaysian Spa has six Spa Suites for treatments. Each suite is tastefully different and individually designed. No matter which suite you are in, the view is as enchanting and memorable as the other.
More on the Ishan's suites:

• Each suite is equipped with hot/cold shower, Jacuzzi, and toilet
• 2-bed Suites Bunga Raya, Bunga Cempaka, Bunga Kemboja and Bunga Melur.
• 3-bed Suites Bunga Mawar and Bunga Kiambang

Aside from the facilities in the spa suites, the outdoor compound of Ishan Malaysian Spa consists of:

• Small Pool
• Bamboo Outdoor Shower
• Hot/Cold Shower Stall
• Sink with Mirror
• Toilet
• Mud Bath (subject to availability)
• Herb Garden (featuring herbs used in daily treatments)

Indoors at the Reception area, Ishan Malaysian Spa offers guests comfortable seating area with delightful reading materials (Health, Geography, Children's Books, etc), a selection of spa gifts that can be purchased, an aquarium, six lockers guests may use and a restroom.

Ishan Malaysian Spa respects your spa experience by asking at the beginning of your treatment about:

• Sensitivity Are you allergic to any oils or herbs, etc.
• Preference Would you want to shower before or after the massage, would you mind therapist massaging your chest/neck area etc.
• Time Are you in a rush for airport check-in, tour bus or other activities, etc.

Treatment and Therapists

Ishan Malaysian Spa's treatment uses the freshest ingredients, herbs and spices. From our homemade coconut and black rice body scrubs, to our own specially formulated Asian Aromatherapy essential oil blend, Ishan Malaysian Spa provides only the best for the guests. No electrical devices are used in any of the treatments – your massage will be carried out entirely by professional hands using traditional, age-old techniques.

Our well-trained therapists are of local Malaysian or Indonesian nationality, with years of practise and experience. We've been asked by returning guests to be paired up with the same therapist, a policy we will gladly carry out subject to the therapists' schedule and availability.

Hotel Transfer
