This morning, I went thru’ an old website that i use to admire. Belongs to Bill Gee, a friend and a web designer who used to live in Langkawi for a while. Unfortunately, we have lost in touch. Through him, I came to know my current web-designer & my cyber gurus, Shaza Hakim & Dov.

Bamboo Massage has been around for ages. 20 years ago, we use to do this when we were massaging for 8-12 hrs a day continuously without break & meals. Reason is less energy been used from the us being the massage therapist and we can do this effortlessly.
I am a vegetarian and have always been. In Malaysia, it is common to have mock meats made out of soya in each and every Chinese vegetarian restaurant. And in hi-class Indian vegetarian restaurants too. We grew up drinking ‘Tau Chui’ (soya milk), ‘Tau Fu Fa’ (soft soya curd), ‘Tau Kuang‘ (tofu) and etc. We have been thought how wonderful it is and we preach about it’s nutritious value. According to an ancient Malaysian legend, lemongrass was once considered a sacred herb. Warriors believed that if they applied it as a balm to their bodies — accompanied by a special prayer, of course — it would prevent a sword from penetrating their skin.
